Indorama Ventures and Indovinya joined global leaders at the Climate Action Innovation Zone in São Paulo, a key pre-COP30 event focused on accelerating industrial innovation and sustainability. The forum brought together companies, policymakers, and technical experts to advance dialogue on the chemical sector’s transition toward a circular, low-carbon future.
Indorama Ventures showcased its progress under the Innovate to 2028 sustainability roadmap, highlighting solutions that reduce emissions, improve resource efficiency, and expand circularity across the value chain. The company also shared its milestone achievement of recycling more than 150 billion post-consumer PET bottles from 2011 to 2025, reinforcing its leadership in global PET recycling.
Indovinya participated with a dedicated booth and expert speakers, emphasizing the segment’s focus on responsible and low-impact chemical solutions. The team presented key initiatives, including its wind-energy self-generation project in partnership with Casa dos Ventos, which now supplies 50% of Indovinya’s electricity needs in Brazil. Indovinya also hosted a roundtable discussion on next-generation sustainability, exploring low-emission technologies, renewable feedstocks, digitalization, and transparency.
Together, Indorama Ventures and Indovinya emphasized their shared commitment to advancing sustainable chemistry through collaboration, innovation, and long-term climate action.
