As part of our corporate social responsibility efforts, Indorama Ventures Poland recently donated 20 Kidde K7DCO carbon monoxide detectors with displays to the Volunteer Fire Brigade (OSP) in Lisek. The donation supports preventive and educational activities aimed at reducing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning in the local community.

The detectors will be used by OSP Lisek as part of awareness campaigns, training sessions, and informational activities for residents. This initiative includes the free distribution of detectors to households, along with practical support for installation and proper use.

The campaign, Don’t Give Carbon Monoxide a Chance!, will take place at the OSP Lisek fire station in cooperation with the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Włocławek and the Lisek Village Housewives’ Association. It will cover key topics such as the dangers of carbon monoxide, prevention methods, and correct use of detectors, while giving residents the opportunity to engage directly with fire safety experts.

By combining equipment support with community education, the initiative helps improve household safety and raise awareness of an important health risk. It also strengthens trust and collaboration with local partners, reinforcing our commitment to well-being and positive social impact in the communities where we operate.
