Naveensuda Krabuanrat, Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Indorama Ventures, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Akkarate Chuchuay, Community Relations Advisor at Amata Corporation, to officially launch the “ReNoWaste: Eco-Friendly for a Sustainable Future” initiative. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Weerapong Duangpiboon, Director of Amata City Chonburi, and Mr. Sermpong Sukkho, Director of Amata City Rayong. 

 

The initiative aims to promote PET bottle separation and recycling in collaboration with over 40 factories located in Amata’s industrial estates. The project targets the collection of 8 tons of used PET bottles, which will be transformed into recycled polyester yarn and sewn into school bags for donation to students. In addition, Indorama Ventures also hosted educational activities on plastic and recycling to raise awareness among participants and promote sustainable practices.
