The Corporate CSR team brought recycling to life with two engaging activities on Thailand’s Children’s Day, January 11, inspiring kids and families to embrace environmental responsibility.

At Riverside Plaza, young participants became “Waste Heroes” through an interactive activity teaching the importance of waste separation. Over 300 children joined, with more than 90% showing their understanding of recyclable and non-recyclable waste and pledging to separate waste at home. To reward their efforts, we distributed over 70 gifts, encouraging these young changemakers to continue making a difference.

Meanwhile, at the Children’s Discovery Museum Bangkok (Chatuchak), our CSR and Sustainability team partnered with the KHUN Foundation and The Petroleum and Petrochemical College, Chulalongkorn University, to host an edutainment program. Combining fun games with educational activities, the event engaged over 600 children and parents, raising awareness about PET recycling, waste separation, and climate change. Participants explored how proper waste management combats global warming and supports a circular economy through hands-on learning experiences.

These events reflect Indorama Ventures’ dedication to promoting sustainable practices and empowering future generations to drive positive change for a better, greener future.
